Job Description

Our Inside Account Representative is responsible for achieving the sales expectations of an assigned list of existing clients. Success is realized by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting consultative sales calls, utilizing solid product/technical knowledge, following a targeted call plan, and developing/maintaining a comprehensive business plan that is focused on maintenance of base business and new customer cultivation.

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all of our products, programs, services, and processes to provide solutions to our client requests
  • Planning, organizing and controlling daily activities are a key component of the position
  • Maintain and build current client relationships
  • Working within a team to achieve sales goals
  • Excellent telephone sales skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Data entry of orders
  • Process orders and update account information as required
  • Track orders as needed and troubleshoot issues that arise
  • Communicate concerns / grievances as necessary to proper departments for resolution
  • Communicate any updates in a timely manner to our clients

Minimum work experience required/preferred:


The ideal candidate will be process driven and customer focused with a can-do attitude that is demonstrated each and every day.

  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment including ability to enter orders and talk with customers simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

Minimum Education and Training required/preferred:

  • BS / BA degree
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
